Are you 100% on point with doing every single thing you say you are going to do?
Most of us need a small kick in the butt to stay on track with something in our life.
For me, the things I hear most often are about getting to the gym, following a nutrition plan, or staying active. Very common topics when It comes to keeping yourself accountable, but even though it’s not easy, you CAN do It.
It’s about finding what works for you to stay on track as much as possible.
What drives you? What makes you feel obligated to stay on track? Or better yet, what makes you actually want to get up and do the work?
4 Ways To Push Your Accountability:
1.) Spend some money
Hire a coach, buy a program, put some money down. You aren’t going to want to let that money go to waste, so spend the money and follow through with your commitment.
2.) Hire a coach
This is an addition to #1 because hiring a coach will cost you money, BUT It will also give you someone else in your corner that will be pushing for your best interest. If you start to slide off the path a little bit, they will be there to drive you back on track.
3.) Find support
This can go many different ways, but going at these things alone is not easy. Whether it’s your spouse, a friend, or a private group, having those people in your corner is one of the most powerful things you can do to stay consistent.
4.) Make a commitment
Your word should mean something. When you say you are going to get something done, that should mean It’s going to get done (or at least you are going to try damn hard at It). So make that commitment to yourself, trust your word, and follow through with what you said you would do.
In good health,
Jeff
