Weekday Mobility

We’ve unfortunately all dealt with pain.

Getting out of that pain takes time, and finding ways to eliminate that pain can take even more time.

I’ve dealt with It. Shoulders, low back, hips – they’ve all taken work to get through but all that work was well worth It.

Now, I find myself harping on mobility over and over again. The more I’ve done It, the better I’ve felt.

The more our clients have done It, the better they have felt.

The barrier for entry is ZERO –> Minimal space needed, no equipment required, and the time commitment… less than 5 minutes.

If you can get this type of work done everyday, GREAT. If not, just know, the more you do It, the better It can be!

Here’s what I did Saturday:

1.) Elevated pigeon stretch :60ea

2.) Couch stretch :60ea

3.) Shoulder sweeps x10

4.) Tactical frog stretch :60

I repeated that order 3 or 4 rounds while watching TV.

Stretch…Watch…Pet the dogs…Repeat

Make It a positive experience and It will benefit you.
